Great Service .... NOTE: There is a bidder who has posted that the e-liquid is not Dekang. Since the liquids taste excellent I wouldn't care if its not Dekang, However I bought a 30ml bottle of Dekang Virginia flavor for £9.99 from the UK. I cant tell the difference between the two. So the Liquid is excellent value at £2.30 per bottle.
I think ocean buys the base and the flavors from dekang in bulk , and mixes them herself so that's why she can offer them at low prices and delivery is always under 10 days to the UK.
