3)Warranty & Return
•Refund or replacement request is available only by request (from the vapor hawk refund requests) within 1 week after parcel is received. If the parcel is defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.
•Please repack the item carefully as all items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Returned items will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately if they are found to be defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
•If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without a number will be returned to the sender. The Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned undeliverable and/or refused delivery. We do not accept any returns without a refund request authorization number written clearly on the packaging it is being returned in.
