Received an empty parcel. Seller ignores PayPal dispute. Transferred to Ñlaim. - (A Message from Ocean Vapor - Ting has checked the shipping record from the shipping company She says " The empty package,the weight is less than 40g,our shipping company show 248g" Ting weighed the DCT you orderd. Each one weighs about 19.5 grams per pc and the box is 40 is grams plus some packing materials. Ting also said she she missed your dispute because she changed to a new paypal account and does not check her old one in time to see the dispute - Ting {ocean vapor} will contact you about this to resolve it.- If you can check with the postal service in the Ukraine also please? Thanks)
